Thank you Vishal for the useful contribution. However, a couple of pointers on the presentation and the content. It would be useful to give sources' complete reference: date and publishers. Also, some of the slides contain too much info. I am sure that you have done it to facilitate readers to grasp the subject.

this PPs is very informative and has given me a lot of inputs. I am an HR student currently doing my internship with a recently launched Insurance company. My project is into formulating the EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION and providing them with a model. It would be of great help if you could help me with some in puts which i could actually implement.
