Seeking Ideas for Effective Cleanliness Posters to Improve Toilet Hygiene at Work

I am working in an MNC. There are 2500 female operators in our campus. Could anyone help me in obtaining posters for the proper usage of toilets and cleanliness posters? Please help me. They do not seem to understand and are making the toilets shabby.
