Struggling to Track On-Duty and Compensated Leave? Seeking Advice on Application Formats

Seniors,

I would like to seek your advice. Our company employees would be "On-duty" [Field work or Site operations] most of the time. It's really becoming hard for me to track if this is an official or a personal cause. I wanted to know if people are taking advantage of this On-duty as we do not maintain any application forms. I would greatly appreciate it if any of you could share an On-duty application format maintained in your company.

Also, few employees compensate for their leave. Is there any application for the same?

Hi Ashwini, why don't you ask for the feedback in writing? Include everything such as experience, suggestions, problems faced, work done, and every single detail.

Dear Aswin,

You can track the attendance through the Daily Report. You have to implement a policy that the outgoing person must submit a report for that day's duty.
