Thank you for replying to me. I am a fresher currently in my second year of MBA at IBMR, which is not a very good college. Currently, I am working on my summer project with the topic of industrial relations. I am wondering if this topic will be beneficial for my future job prospects. Please help me improve my knowledge in HR, which will aid me in my career. As a fresher, what job opportunities can I explore? Typically, students who have completed their first year work on projects related to recruitment, performance management, etc.
