thanks for replying me. as iam a fresher doing mba 2nd year from ibmr which is not very good college. right now iam doing summer project. my topic- industrial relation. is my topic good for my future job. pls help me how to improve my knowledge in hr which will help me in my job.as a fresher what jobs i can get. basically student who completed 1st year they do project on recruitment, performance management, etc.
