New HR Here: How Do You Develop Performance Evaluation Strategies for Different Departments?

Hi,

I've recently joined a new company, and I am the only HR personnel there. I have to develop performance evaluation strategies department-wise. For example, what parameters can be used to evaluate sales, marketing, and accounts employees?

Could anyone share their company's evaluation strategies? Please help me out.

I have also posted the same thread in the "Talk to Seniors" section, but I have not yet received any responses.

I am working as an HR in a pharmaceutical organization. I am the only HR in our organization. I have some performance appraisal formats that I obtained from this site itself. Please check the attachment.
