Are Trainers Missing Out on Free Audio and Video Resources for Better Sessions?

Hi, my dear Citehr friends,

I have a lot of audio and video material, including:

1) English language training (teaching spoken English)
2) Video (Australian Accent)
3) Audio (Listening skill US & UK Accent)
4) Customer Service Video and training material

I have been posting soft skill training materials regularly but haven't found an enthusiastic user for the materials. I have no intentions other than helping trainers in this forum to make training an interesting place with scores of materials.

I feel many of my trainer friends prefer ready-made data but seldom take the time to prepare content, which is not a healthy sign for a trainer.

You can download any amount of data provided you use it in your training and publish your success story. It will be an encouraging factor for the person who has taken the effort to upload the materials.

Let's change our attitude fast.

I'm a freelance soft skills and voice accent trainer. From my experience, I've always seen that training materials have to be created according to the needs of the team being trained. So, even though I use a lot of English phonetics audios, I try to present them keeping in mind the strengths and weaknesses of the team.

These are important points about how to communicate effectively in English. Reading and writing are essential skills, but speaking is equally important. Often, individuals who excel in writing struggle with verbal communication. I can relate to this dilemma as I am one of those individuals from the Far East facing this challenge. I appreciate the insights shared and could certainly benefit from further tips. If you have more suggestions, please share them. Thank you for your assistance.
