Hi All,
I just want to understand from your viewpoints how many of us, i.e., the HR Fraternity, believe that we should be very adamant about coming to the office "on time"... but are there any who also believe in leaving "on time"?
I have seen a few HR Managers who strictly think that if an employee is leaving on time, then they are not efficient. Managers would sit late as a rule even if they can finish their work within the stipulated working hours; they would make sure they are sitting late and expect the same from their subordinates.
Kindly tell me how many of you also feel subconsciously that sitting late is important as a rule and also until the manager leaves, it is necessary to sit.
Thanks!!
Regards, Dhoop
