I have been asked for the details of the profile of an Assistant Manager (HR & Admin). Can anyone please provide a brief overview urgently of the roles related to this position? For reference, the company has been in the lighting industry for the past 20-25 years and has a workforce of 100-120 employees.

Well, he/she will be reporting to GM (Admin), while GM (Admin) will report to VP-Operations. The role will be based in the corporate office in the lighting industry. This industry deals with various electrical items related to project lighting such as lighting up malls, designing lighting requirements, and providing suitable lighting options. Note that the industry involves lighting design and supply for malls, hospitals, cinema halls, highways, and official lighting solutions, etc.
