Exploring HR Courses: What Options Are Available During and After an MBA?

sukhadagandhe
Hi everyone,

Can anybody suggest HR-related courses that can be completed while pursuing an MBA and also after completing an MBA? Are there any correspondence and part-time courses available? If so, which institutes offer them? Please let me know.

Hi Sukhi,

First, understand why you need to join another course after MBA. Identify whether you want to be a generalist or specialist. Identify your liking areas or areas that interest you most. For example, Training and Development. You can join the 18-month ISTD PG Diploma in T&D.

If you want to focus on Industrial Relations (IR), you can join a Law or Diploma course in Labour Law. Alternatively, you can opt for a Master's in Psychology if Organizational Behavior interests you more.

So, dear, ask yourself where you want to be? Cheers and have fun.

Hi Sukhi,

Could you let me know the place of stay? Anyway, you could pursue DLL, MLL & SW, MA (Social Work), MA (Psychology), Dip in Training & Development, PG Dip in HRD, and many more as per your interest and taste.

Hi Deepali,

Thanks for your valuable guidance. I'm a 2nd-year student of PGDBM HR. So, as of now, I have not decided on any specialization, but I'll definitely think about it. I have completed B.Com from Pune University. I have always wanted to learn psychology. Could you please tell me about MA in Psychology? Where can I pursue it, and what are the eligibility criteria?

Please let me know.

Thanks & Regards,
Sukhi
