Preparing for IOCL HR Interview: Can You Share Sample Questions or Tips?

I'm appearing for the post of Officer HR in IOCL, and the written examination is scheduled for January 9, 2011. Could you please send me the sample papers for the written exam soon?

Gratuity Eligibility Concerns

From those discussions, gratuity cannot be given under the following situation:
1) During Apprentice Training (Standing Orders of Apprentice Act)

However, if an employee who is not under Apprentice training, but PF & ESI are not deducted, like temporary staff (working full time), can they be given gratuity? Please advise.

Also, could you post some new HR questions on this forum discussion? It would be a learning opportunity for budding HR professionals like me.
