Hi, thanks for your reply. What exactly do you mean by the names Ashwini and Ashwin? Please let me know as those names sound interesting. My intention behind this is to make a difference as we have been giving the same awards with the same title 'Best Performer.' I do not see that excitement in the faces when they receive the award.

As far as I am aware, Ashwin is the name of a star in Hindi, and Ashwini is the feminine version. I proposed these names because the recipients would be seen as 'stars' of the organization for that month.
