Dear All,I Have an IT Recruiting Background and now changed my Job to the Corporate HR in small IT company. This Company has an HR Department from past 3 yrs but the HR dept has not been properly set properly now the management has asked me to write out an HR manual procedures book that i do for every work for e.g. recruitment, performance appraisal, induction, small works in HR and stuff. I am at loss currently since i have no knowledge of the same i would like help from a HR person in an IT Company.I am not looking for someone to spoon feed me but defitnetly a skeleton of the formats would be really helpful.
