I request all the members to suggest me.
What percentage of Salary Hike can we give to Employee after confirmation(after his Probationary Period).
Suppose an Employee salary is 5000 and after probationary period, the employee will be conformed and what % can we give him for salary Hike.
and if particular employee is not upto mark and his probationary period has to be extended, can we give him Salary Hike, Or should he be continue with the same salary.
If particular employee's probationary period has to be extended, What period can be extended.
