Budget Planner Dilemma: How Do You Track and Analyze Your Daily Expenses?

Find the budget planner that helps in planning our daily/monthly expenses and analyzing.

This budget seems great, but I cannot click on the "Use this budget for comparison purposes on the Budget by Month." Could it be because I am using a Mac and therefore Office for Mac? I had to reinstall Office Mac 2004 again to open the Macros, so it would be a pity if I can't actually use this budget that seems to be really useful.

Alternatively, I am looking for a budget and expenses tracker (one tool) for use during my PhD studies. I need to see whether I am within budget for specific things and be able to create a budget depending on the funds that I have (finite from scholarship). Then, add to the monthly budget: 1) any leftover from the previous month, and 2) funds that I get as I go along. I want to increase individual budgets (such as for entertainment, books, etc.) as I go along and divide among the remaining months. Any ideas?

Hi Jignesh, the program informed me that there are links to other Excel sheets when it was opening. Are there other sheets that this program is connected to or works with? I am having trouble understanding how to plan ahead for how much money I want to allocate to different categories. It seems like the program focuses on how much I want to save rather than how much I can spend per month.

There is no link to another sheet. So, when you receive such a notification, apply "No."

Please read instructions on the "May Help You" page.

Set your type of investment in the "Personal Detail Sheet."

First, enter your monthly salary in the Salary Sheet.

Set your monthly saving target either in "%" or in "Rs."

Enter your daily expenses.

The result will appear as your targeted saving versus actual saving in a graph.
