Struggling with Compensation Benchmarking Project? Seeking Help to Overcome Student Bias and Gather Insights

I am a student who is working on a project about compensation benchmarking, which is not sector-specific. It's all about the increasing attrition rate in companies. However, the problem I am facing is that once I mention that I am a student, nobody shows any interest. Please help me with how to address this issue. This project is very important to me.

Secondly, if somebody is abroad and can assist me in filling out the questionnaire I have prepared for the project, then I can create a very good project. If anyone can help me out, please send me your email address so that I can forward my questionnaire to you.

If you have not piloted the questionnaire, I can look at your questionnaire and make comments to improve it. It is one of the essential things when conducting surveys using questionnaires. I am a retired academic who has supervised MBA projects, and I stay in the UK. You can send a private message by clicking on my name. I think you can send attachments too.
