Launching a Training Institute in Bangalore: Seeking Advice and Freelance Trainers

Linus
Hi all,

I'm starting off on my own on the 27th. I, together with 2 of my friends, am launching a training institute. We plan to start off with communication and soft skills training and then slowly graduate into software and more complex training. I'm on the lookout for some freelance trainers in Bangalore. I think I'll be able to set everything up by the 27th. Need blessings from all of you. Any ideas, suggestions, or advice are most welcome.

Thank you all.

1) I feel that whoever you recruit (especially BDE), you should retain them.

2) Have some values. Even under critical situations, you should stick to them. Then you are eligible to set vision and mission.

3) One of your partners should be a good soft skill trainer who is known to a few big companies.

Dear Sunil,

I saw your post... I am also in the process of setting up a similar institute. I'm very nervous... Can you please help me with your sound advice on how to go about it?
