How Can I Improve My Voice-Based Quality Process with Online Images? Seeking Feedback!

Hi, guys. I work for a voice-based process as Quality, something I created to help my team. I have copied and pasted a lot of pictures from the internet :icon10:... and I have a couple more. Please provide me with some feedback, and if you find it useful, I can share more in the future.

I haven't been able to open the attachment. Perhaps if you upload it once again after compressing it using WinZip, it would be better. Thanks in advance. Would love to see the reloaded file.
