How Do Organizations Thrive in the Never-Ending Cycle of Change and Growth?

M.Peer Mohamed Sardhar
Any change process arises out of awareness of one’s reality and therefore involves efforts to turn around, reaching the desired state of change. The arrival at the destination is not an end in itself – it only triggers further awareness about the greater possibilities that look promising at the next higher plane of desired change.
