How Do You Welcome Trainees to Full-Time Roles? Seeking Letter Format Ideas

Hi,

Is there any specific letter format to be given for a trainee as soon as he/she completes the training period (e.g., 3 months) before inducting onto the rolls of the company? If so, can I get some formats for the same?

Yes, we do provide the employee with a letter after completing the training, along with the offer letter. Here is the format:

The format I have provided can also be used as a certificate. Since it is a one-page format, it can be easily utilized as a certificate.
