The formula for the stability index is simple: number of years of experience divided by the number of organizations the individual has worked with.
Regarding checking planning and organizational development, we do not have a specific formula. However, since we are in the sales and service division, we ask questions related to how a person plans their day, conducts customer visits, manages their time (they can provide a brief overview of how they spend their time each day), and we sometimes present a simple problem (like a case study) with a set number of activities and ask the individual to plan out such tasks.
After joining, we provide CRM software where the individual is required to make entries for their planned activities and time spent.
