Nice to see so many interested in being a part of Ignited Minds Group. Garima, nice to see your posting back on the site. Garima, Runa, and I, along with our friends, have been the initial drivers for the group, and we have already met twice, as stated by Garima. You can even see our group snapshot in the same local forum along with the meeting minutes.

I am working as an HR professional in one of our Multiplexes in Chandigarh. We can have another meeting soon. We usually keep the 2nd Saturday as our meeting day; if you feel it's okay, do get in touch so we can organize it again.

Going a step ahead... it would be great if all of us could meet on a platform to share ideas. We can form a formal group of HR professionals and organize monthly or quarterly get-togethers. Since the issues in a particular region are almost the same for every organization, it would be great if we could give it a shot.
