How Can I Become a Certified Trainer? Seeking Advice on Course Options and Formats

Can anybody help me with how to become a certified trainer? Where can I do this? Is it a regular class, or can I do it through correspondence as well?

Regarding your query, I am aware of ISTD and AIMA, which offer Train the Trainer programs that can assist you in becoming a certified trainer. These certifications will be of a general TTT nature. I am into hospitality training. I have come across a program offered by AHLA called CHT (Certified Hospitality Trainer). Does anyone have more information on this?

Yes, AH&LA offers this course. As part of the course, you will be provided with reading material that you need to study in preparation for an exam. Additionally, you will need to record a session that you conduct in your current organization and submit it.

Upon successful completion of both the theoretical and practical sessions, you will receive a certificate.
