How Do I Draft a Job Offer Letter to Prove Non-Immigrant Intent for My Visa Interview?

Hi,

I am currently working in a software company as a software engineer. I have planned to pursue my MS in a US university. Before appearing for the visa interview, I need to show a job offer upon my return to my country to prove non-immigrant intent. My supervisor has agreed to this, but he has asked me to prepare a letter for him to sign. Since I have never written such a letter before, I am unsure of how to proceed. Could somebody please suggest how I should draft this letter?
