I applied for the PHD HRM (Canada) may start September, there is one of my certificates delayed from home country so am not sure if they will execlude me,.
Anyway I have been looking for topics, the area of my concern is performance management, learning organization and training and development. I want merge between two of them and the third will be my second PHD topic, I hope so. Here are some different HR dissertation topics:
- Training on a budget.
- Can poor selection processes be remedied through training and development?
- Outsourcing (can the gate keeper of culture be outsourced?)
- Can HR provide all the answers to people issues
- Keeping up with change, how do organisations cope with change?
- Does training and development really impact on the bottom line?
- Can skills be increased through performance management?
- Training for diversity.
- Does HR Reactive or Proactive?
