The tests are good. My only suggestion for the verbal ability test is maybe you should have a section on homophones. I am sure many recruiters are tired of seeing people write "I went their" (instead of "there"). Is the time required for the test mentioned, or have I missed it? Good work!

Good effort. I have attempted this kind of stuff after a long time (approximately 15 years). I really feel great that I have managed to finish it completely and correctly in less than 30 minutes without pen and paper.

The tests are very good. I do have a suggestion for the verbal ability test. The answers should sound familiar so as to get the right evaluation of a candidate's communication ability. How about posting the keys to these tests.

Okay for a test---but what of the norms? What constitutes a good score and what percentile falls on the score. The test - to be useful - has to have the norms in place.
