Hello, friends. I am in need of a draft for a Full and Final Settlement Letter. The purpose of this letter is to inform an employee of the amount that needs to be recovered from him. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Monica Kaushik.

Please find below the Relieving Letter which you can issue. From option a or b, whatever is applicable, you can include in the letter, else delete:

Hi,

I have developed a full and final settlement letter, which acts as a certificate as well as a computation slip (payslip for the last month of working). We are currently using this format. I have just added some possible salary heads. This would, of course, vary from firm to firm. See if this takes care of what you are looking for. I guess using this slip along with a letter stating the details of the cheque enclosed or demanding the amount to be recovered would be sufficient.
