How Do You Set Effective KRAs for Electronics Retail Staff Like Managers and Cashiers?

By accident, I stumbled upon this site and was I glad to be here! This is a great place to share information, and I must appreciate all of you for contributing so selflessly. Kudos to all of you!

I am a new member and was hoping if someone can help me with setting KRAs for electronics retail staff specifically. Just to give some idea - Showroom Manager, Sales Supervisor, Sales Staff, Merchandisers, Stock Room Staff, Customer Care Staff, Cashiers, etc.

Would appreciate a quick help.
