Seeking Your Insights: Help Needed for Comparative Study on Best HR Practices in India

This is Divya Nambiar from XIME, Bangalore. I am currently pursuing my summer internship with MaFoi Consultants. As a part of my summer project, I have to prepare a comparative analysis of the best HR practices/HR services in the companies in India. It would be great if you would be interested in helping me out with this project by answering the questionnaires that I am sending across before the 23rd of this month. Thank you, Divya, for posting the questionnaire. I am a retired academic who is assisting students with their projects. Therefore, I can only pose questions for you to contemplate.

Have you piloted the questionnaire to address any potential issues that respondents may encounter? It seems not, as indicated by a few observations. For instance, without specifying the level of employees to whom the questions pertain, responses could vary significantly. Consequently, if two different respondents reply without indicating the job position they are considering, you might encounter difficulties in interpreting their answers.
