How Do HR Policies Differ Between Nonprofit and For-Profit Organizations? Seeking Insights

I have newly joined as a member. My name is Minal Shah, and I work for a nonprofit association. I would like to know how different HR policies are for a nonprofit compared to a for-profit organization. Can anyone help me with the policies that are strictly to be followed?
