Hello - Just Joined The Forum

Hi everyone,
I have been looking for a common place, like citehr where the "HR gurus" :wink: could meet and share thoughts.
As such I am working as a HR Analyst in a multinational HR consulting and solutions organization. Despite of my organization being in the core HR business I feel there is a lot to learn from peers and experts in the industry.
I would be glad to learn from all of you.

I do have in soft organization issues and development, expansion, inremental enteprises, long lasting companies, the self starter and standing, surviving in high tides, in flat terms make more money and less distribute, Have true owner ships etc.., maininly entrepenuer ones...
By the way what are the HR Analyst resposibilities
