Struggling with PF Withdrawal from a Previous Employer: Any Alternative Solutions?

I have joined a new organization 2 months ago. I had worked for about 4 years with my last organization. Now, my last employer is not processing my PF withdrawal or transfer form. Is there any other way of obtaining my PF amount? If yes, then how?

Hi Jatin,

This is in regards to your PF withdrawal. In case you want to proceed with the withdrawal, the requisite forms are Form 19, 10C, and NSSN application, which need to be processed by your employer (i.e., PF A/c from which you wish to withdraw). The waiting period to start the PF withdrawal proceedings is two months from the date of leaving the service as per the PF Act 1952.

If you wish to transfer your PF accumulation from your previous company to your current company, please submit Form 13 and NSSN from your current employer.
