I Have Join New Organisation Before 2 Months. I Had Worked About 4 Year With My Last Organisation. Now My Last Employer Is Not Clearing(filling) My Pf Withdrawal Or Transfer Form.so Is There Any Other Way Of Getting My Pf Amount. If Yes Then What?

HI Jatin,
This is in regards to your PF withdrawal, In Case if u want to go for withdrawal perusal forms are form 19 10c and NSSN application and it has o be processed by your employer(I.e PF A/c which u want to withdraw)To start the PF with drawl proceedings waiting period is two months form date of leaving the service as per the PF Act 1952..And in case you want to go for Transfer of PF accumulation from your previous company to current company please processed form 13 and NSSN from your current employer.
