Can anyone give me some idea about how SAP helps with HR functions like performance appraisal and all? What are its benefits and shortcomings? How can it be implemented? Can people with a brief knowledge of computers work on it?
Please help me, yaar. I'm really confused about it. Even Google doesn't help much regarding it.
