Will you please give me the detailed structure of salary calculation in an Excel sheet depicting the basis on which basic, PF, ESI, insurance, and professional tax are deducted (e.g., the percentages for PF in the basic salary)?

Thanks. I was under the impression that the PF is calculated on Basic + DA. Can you clarify? I was told that the Basic + DA should amount to 60% of the total salary. How does one define a yearly increase on the Basic and DA.

This is for a small diagnostic set up.
