Title:

HR Executive

Department / Business Unit: Human Resources

Reports to: Manager (Human Resources)

Location:

Basic Function To Co-ordinate Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of all Human Resource Management Systems, Policies and Procedure and co-ordinate other Human Resources activities.

Principal Responsibilities:

ボ Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements

ボ Monitor the implementation of the ERP system.

ボ Co-ordinate Training and development activities.

ボ Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HR Manager.

ボ Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.

ボ Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.

ボ Report the HR issues & development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

Key Performance Indicators ボ Successful Implementation of HRMS

ボ Effective Presentations & Communication

ボ Effective Interpersonal Relationship

ボ Time Management

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience ボ MBA or equilent.

ボ Good knowledge of HR Policies & Procedure

ボ Good Command in English, both written & verbal

ボ Proficiency in all computer applications and knowledge in ERP system.
