Employee can not be suspended more than 4 days if found guilty in misconduct.

There is a Principal Employer and my company is a contractor for them.
I have the following queries.
1.What are the license should I get?
2. Should I have to register my company under CLRA and get some certificates
3.Is there any registrations certificate I should apply for under CLRA
4.How to make the payment for getting license. How to get treasury receipt?

Can someone help me to define core staff and contractual staff in context of a non profit organisation.
