Hi deepak,
as i said , in my company its not restricted to the limit of 20%. it totally depends upon the % which we score in our score card. please update me if there is any new policy/ rule appiled (specifically to score card system)

Is there any exemption from maintaining the regsiters of Allocable Surplus & Set on / Set off, if the establishment is new, or there is Productivity Linked Bonus ?

Can I have a clarification on Bonus calculcation as per the following :
1. Basic + Da =10000 howmuch?
2. Basic + Da >10000 howmuch?
3. Basic + Da < 10000 howmuch?

some companies gave PP (profit percentage) in April it goes upto 25% Max. for every employee.
Bonus Lower limit starts from8.33% for blue coller but for Executive rank its depends on company's financial stage but Performance is key scale for bonus

According to sec 31A of payment of bonus Act. the ceiling of bonus calculation is 20 % of annual wages/ salary.
