I am uploading a document to assess the training method for an employee or a group of employees. I have tried this and successfully implemented an effective method based on the feedback received. The form follows a basic 'do it and assess yourself' format.
What I did was give the test questions to 8 employees from our company, and I calculated the results. Subsequently, I redesigned my training to align with the results, leading to a very successful outcome from the training. It's always beneficial to understand how people prefer to be trained before actually conducting the training. I hope this information proves helpful to you as well.
