Hey guys, I'm doing my summer internship on the topic of recruitment and selection, including benchmarking. Can anyone help me understand how I can relate benchmarking to all of this? Please reply soon.

For benchmarking recruitment and selection, you will have to collect the best recruitment and selection practices from a specified set of sample companies (preferably companies famous for their best recruitment policies) and then compare these policies with the company you are working for. You would have to create a questionnaire for the same. It can be either open-ended, closed-ended, or both. After the collection of data and interpretation, you will need to give recommendations based on the information gained.
