Stuck After Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey: How Do I Create Pie Charts and Analyze Data?

I have formulated my questionnaire and conducted the survey in the company where I'm doing my project. I don't know how to go forward now. My project guide needs pie charts and stuff. Can anybody help me out?
