hi.....can u plz say me, d difference between change management and motivation.i m confuse regarding it.as we know change management is differently taught and motivation is again another chapter of HRM?
so how they are mixing up in ur subject?

Wonderful slide especially movitating your people, it is useful in change manager whereby I can use it for as some idea for my outcoming change of re-structuring in my work place.
