How Can I Transfer or Withdraw My PF After My Previous Company Closed?

Hi, I left my previous company on 9 April 2007. After 2 months, the company closed due to a financial crisis. Now, what can I do to transfer or withdraw my PF amount? If I want to transfer, what forms need to be filled and what documents need to be submitted to my current employer?

Please find the Form-13 (revised) for transferring the PF and EPS amounts. Kindly fill out the form and submit it to your current employer.
