Dear All,
Many corporations are following the 180-degree appraisal. You are aware that there is a new system called Balanced Scorecard, which balances the four Business Perspectives:
1. Financial
2. Customer (Internal / External)
3. Internal Business Process
4. Learning & Growth
As our employees are comfortable with the regular Key Result Areas (KRA) setting process, they are finding it challenging to accept the new Balanced Scorecard system. In our company, we have also encountered the same issue and have decided to incorporate the Balanced Scorecard as a base in our regular Performance Management System (PMS) process.
Please find attached the Goal Setting Form and a presentation on the above. KRAs are referred to as Objectives that need to be balanced across the four business perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard.
Regards,
Dinesh
