Please suggest to me how to apply for a duplicate PAN card, because my PAN card is broken. I want to apply; please tell me the procedure to apply.

All you need to do is fill in the PAN correction form and submit it at any TIN FC. The upfront charges will be Rs. 60+ST. I would suggest that you consult a professional.

I think that if you have a Xerox copy of the card or possess the PAN letter or remember the PAN number and other details correctly, you can apply for the issuance of a duplicate PAN card. You can also apply online easily.

To apply for a duplicate PAN card, you need to collect an application form from PAN centers. Fill out the form as you would for a new card and submit it along with a photocopy of your old PAN card.

As I understand, your problem is as follows:

Somebody else's photo has appeared with your data on the PAN card. If this is the issue, you will need to reapply for a change in the PAN card.
