If the employees under the categories, i.e., cook/driver/peon, are employed for M/s XYZ and are on the payroll of M/s ABC, does M/s ABC need to have a contract labor license even if M/s XYZ has a contract license?
As per my discussion with the labor office, the above three-category contract labor license does not require removal. Therefore, do these three categories fall under contract labor?
As I know, Cook and Peon both fall under the category covered by contract labor because there are many contractors who have contracts with the company for canteen and hospitality. However, I am not sure about the Driver.
