Please let me know the salary range for HR Trainee, HR Assistant, and HR Coordinator. What is the market range for such positions? I am a fresher with no experience pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute through distance learning. I hold a postgraduate degree in M.A with a specialization in Political Science. What is the market range for a position like mine?

The salary range for freshers who have done their PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning without being in a job may get salaries between 8,000-13,000. However, it surely depends upon the industry. Freshers sometimes have to start the job with even lower salaries, which entirely depends on your other skills such as presentation, interpersonal skills, etc. If you have street smartness with any regular degree, you have a green signal - just keep updating yourself.
