Hi Geetika,
I am about to receive my yearly Performance Appraisal in a day's time. I am working as an HR Executive, but my work profile consists of handling a lot of administrative work along with recruitment, policy-making, and other HR general practices. However, over a year's time, I have discovered that among all the job responsibilities, I am not comfortable with recruitment and do not enjoy it. This discomfort is the reason I am unable to give my 100% to what's assigned.
My question is, should I discuss this issue during the appraisal process or not?
Please do reply to this as I am in need of proper advice.
Thanks,
Geetika
