Greet them
Smile whenever you pass by them
lead with an example rather than just talk
Speak with genuinity in your voice
Care and Concern
share motivational stories and videos an every meeting
listen and sort their grievances, when you just hear them patiently their problems are 50% resolved.
Talk positively and don't crib infront of your team members
Dress well and look always alert active so that even if you don't speak a word your personality motivates others.
