4 months have passed since I resigned from the company's services. Although I received my relieving letter and experience certificate immediately after 10 days, they are yet to expedite the following:
- PF
- Unavailed Leave (CL=10.5/PL=73)
Regarding the unavailed leave, the company has reluctantly stated that these aren't encashable. Is there a way I can approach the right people in the right manner? Does the law stipulate that unavailed leave should be encashed?
