I am doing my project on the topic "Employee Engagement." However, when I am searching for material on this topic, I am finding it challenging to locate relevant books. Additionally, for the analysis, I am interested to know if anyone is familiar with SPSS software for the analysis, or if it can be done through a simple analysis.
