Is this questionnaire for your research sample? If that's so, then why do you have to fill it in? Also, what kind of help do you require from us? Because this is a subjective opinion-based questionnaire, it should be filled in by the target audience.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I have to fill out this questionnaire from persons like freelancers or senior recruiters who have direct interactions with clients.

There are questions asking, "What does your organization do about...?" etc. Which organization can I talk about since I am independent? Please clarify.
